Order Processing & Handcrafting

All Obsidian & Ash products are meticulously handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and dispatched from our apothecary. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information the moment your shipping label is created. 

 🚨 Current Pre-Orders

If your order contains a Pre-Order item (such as our Siren's Eclipse release), your entire order will be held and shipped together on the official release date of Tuesday, September 1st.  

Transit Times & Carriers

Once handed over to the carrier, standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Please note that once a package leaves our hands, we cannot control carrier delays caused by weather or routing issues. 

Stolen or Lost Packages

Ensure your shipping address is correct before checking out. Obsidian & Ash is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" that are subsequently lost or stolen from your property.
