Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate, hygienic nature of bath and body products, Obsidian & Ash does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. We cannot restock or resell soap once it has left our facility. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We inspect every single bar before it goes into the box, but we know the shipping process can occasionally be rough. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at ObsidianAshTX@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. 

Please include:

Your Order Number

Clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box

We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by sending a replacement. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us directly. Once an order has entered the processing and packing stage, it cannot be canceled.
